When the world’s biggest YouTuber turns his viral challenge videos into a real theme park, every detail has to work perfectly.

In late 2025, MrBeast opened Beast Land, a 45-day pop-up theme park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Riyadh Season 2025 festival. The 188,000 m² attraction brings his famous high-stakes challenges to life with rides, obstacle courses and game arenas inspired by his YouTube content.

Kydavr is proud to be one of the behind-the-scenes partners helping to turn this creator dream into an operational reality.

At Beast Land Riyadh, Kydavr supplied complete solutions for selected zones – including venue design support, active games, challenge games, crazy game customization, installation and technical support. Our systems transform square meters of space into fully reactive theme park attractions that guests can run, climb and compete through, just like in a MrBeast video.

This blog shares how we approached the project, what “complete solution” really means for operators, and how smart video solutions and active game technology will shape theme park attractions into 2026 and beyond.

Beast Land Riyadh: MrBeast’s First Theme Park

Beast Land is widely described as MrBeast’s first-ever theme park, a temporary but full-scale attraction zone built around his YouTube challenge universe.

Key facts about Beast Land:

  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, near other Riyadh Season zones like Boulevard City and Boulevard World.

Event: Part of Riyadh Season 2025, one of the world’s largest entertainment festivals

Dates: Open from 13 November to 27 December 2025 (45 days)

Theme: Challenge-style games and attractions based on MrBeast videos, including rides, obstacle courses and high-energy arenas

Media outlets call it a YouTuber-themed theme park, with MrBeast inviting fans to “experience what it’s like” to be inside one of his challenge videos in real life.

For Kydavr, this meant that every attraction we delivered had to meet three expectations at once:

    1. Feel like a real YouTube challenge

    2. Operate like a reliable theme park attraction

    3. Be fast to install and easy to run in a limited-time pop-up zone

Kydavr’s Role: From Venue Design to Technical Support

      1. Venue & Zone Design Support

Before any equipment was built, our team worked with the Beast Land planners on venue design for selected interactive zones:

      • Translating creative ideas (“crazy maze”, “reaction challenge”, “climb and blocks game”) into practical floor plans

      • Calculating capacity and cycle times so queues move fast

      • Planning power, network and mounting structures for hardware and smart video displays

      • Ensuring that each game integrates visually with MrBeast’s neon, high-contrast theme

This design phase is crucial. A good active game is not only fun but also space-efficient, safe and easy for staff to operate.

      2. Active Games: Movement, Reaction and Team Play

Kydavr specializes in active games – attractions that make guests move:

      • LED-based floor and wall games

      • Reaction tiles and target panels

      • Maze and path-finding games

      • Climb and blocks challenges

At Beast Land, these active games were chosen to match MrBeast’s style: fast, competitive, and visually intense. We focused on:

      • Short but replayable game rounds – ideal for high throughput

      • Clear scoring and win/lose feedback

      • Bright, easy-to-read visual cues for players and spectators

      3. Challenge Games & Crazy Game Customization

The Beast Land concept is built around challenge games – players compete against time, each other, or a harsh penalty like “falling into lava” or “dropping from a trap floor” (represented safely, of course).

Kydavr contributed challenge game concepts and crazy game customization, including:

      • Alternate game rules and difficulty modes for kids, teens and adults

      • Theme-driven changes to graphics, animations and sound

      • Special “event modes” for influencer visits or live filming

Customization is important because it lets the operator refresh the experience without replacing the core hardware – a big advantage for ROI.

      4. Smart Video Solutions for Theme Park Attractions

Modern visitors expect more than lights and sounds. They want:

      • Live scoreboards and timers

      • Cinematic intro and outro screens

      • Photo and video moments they can share

For Beast Land and similar projects, Kydavr offers smart video solutions that turn each attraction into a mini media stage:

      • Large LED displays that show game status, countdowns and rankings

      • Camera and capture options for highlight clips or winner photos

      • Dynamic content control, so operators can switch themes, languages or sponsor messages

      • Centralized video & signage management, integrated with the game control system

These smart video solutions make each Kydavr game feel like a live show, not just a static piece of equipment.

      5. Installation, Commissioning and Technical Support

A project of this scale and visibility can’t leave installation to chance. Kydavr therefore provided:

      • On-site installation guidance during build-out

      • System commissioning and testing under real operating conditions

      • Staff training on daily checks, resets and troubleshooting

      • Ongoing technical support for software, hardware and networking

This complete approach ensures that the equipment is not only impressive on opening day, but also stable for the entire operating period.

What “We Build and Deliver the Highest Quality” Means in Practice

Many companies say they deliver quality. For Kydavr, that promise becomes real through a few concrete principles:

      Robust Hardware for High Traffic

Beast Land runs for long hours every day with heavy visitor flow. Our systems are engineered for:

      • High-cycle use – thousands of plays per day

      • Industrial-grade materials on floors, walls and blocks

      • Serviceable modules so parts can be swapped fast if needed

      Safe, Standards-Driven Design

Every active or challenge game is designed with safety in mind:

      • Clear play zones and spectator areas

      • Impact-absorbing surfaces where needed

      • Intuitive instructions and visual warnings

      • Compliance awareness with international amusement standards (where applicable)

      Data and Diagnostics

Behind the fun, we build tools for operators:

      • Real-time status dashboards

      • Error logs and diagnostic modes

      • Usage data that helps them plan staffing and maintenance

Quality is not only about how the attraction looks; it’s also about how easy it is to keep it running perfectly.

      Complete Solutions vs. Single Products

When operators search for “theme park attraction” or “active game supplier”, they sometimes end up with single products: a floor game, a wall game, a maze.

      Kydavr’s promise is different:

We supply complete solutions, not just equipment.

      That includes:

      1. Concept & venue design – from idea to layout

      2. Game mix planning – choosing the right active, challenge and crazy games for your target audience

      3. Smart video solution – screens, content and control

      4. Integration – power, networks, ticketing and management systems

      5. Installation & technical support – on-site and remote

This “one partner” model reduces risk and speeds up project delivery, especially for complex or IP-driven attractions like Beast Land.

What Beast Land Riyadh Means for Future Projects

MrBeast’s first theme park is more than a one-off event. It signals a larger movement:

      • Theme parks and FECs are shifting from passive rides to active, challenge-based experiences.

      • Guests expect smart video solutions, dynamic scoring and shareable moments as standard.

      • For Kydavr, Beast Land Riyadh confirms that our focus on:

        • Active games

        • Challenge games

        • Crazy customized experiences

        • Smart video-driven attractions

        • Complete solution delivery

…is exactly what the next generation of venues needs.

      • Creators and IP owners are bringing their worlds into physical spaces.
